The home was recently updated including new appliances/flooring etc. The home features a large front and back yard with many trees and a fence surrounding the property. Must see to appreciate the setting. A short walk to beach access. Tenants responsible for their portion of the electric, gas, sewer and water utilities and any cable/internet services that they desire. There are two other rental units on the property. Owner installed a photovoltaic system which helps with the electric utility bills. Minimum 6 month lease 12 month lease preferred. Renters insurance is required. Small shopping malls, a popular farmers market, and a bevy of restaurants are all located in Kihei as well, providing plenty of modern conveniences to Kihei residents and visitors.
