You can walk to Hattie B's, Zanies, Baked on 8th, and other local restaurants, cafes, and shops. It's a 9-minute drive to Broadway and Bridgestone Arena, 7 minutes to The Gulch, 5 minutes to Geodis Park, 8 minutes to Nissan Stadium, 4 minutes to 12 South, 6 minutes to Vanderbilt, and 5 minutes to Belmont. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available for easy transportation. Quiet hours are in place to respect our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down. Smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property, and a $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Decorations such as glitter or confetti are not allowed, and all decorations must be removed before departure. Early check-in or late check-outs must be pre-arranged, and any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. A laptop computer is not included.
