About 171 N Aberdeen St Chicago, IL 60607
I’m looking for young professionals to join a community-driven shared home. We’re very open to meeting nomads from around the world as well as local Chicagoans who are open to exchange and sharing.
You can have your comfort and peace in your own furnished private bedroom and also join us in the shared living spaces when you feel social. With our regularly scheduled events, we’re hoping to make memorable memories together.
The apartment is fully furnished with customized design furniture, has beautiful hardwood flooring and the kitchen worktop is made out of natural stone. The best part is that you can enjoy the sunlight right in your home thanks to the high windows. Plus, there’s also a spacious terrace where we have outdoor events on warm summer days.
There’s more to that. The space is made to make your life easier with amenities like:
on-site 24hr. laundry, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, high-speed internet, bike storage room and co-working corners.
Our neighborhood is in the Fulton Market district, just West of Chicago’s downtown Loop, about 10 mins. drive to downtown Chicago. This part of the city is very vibrant, rapidly growing and you can come across a diversity of people. There are tons of eating options and grocery stores right around the block. We also have Costco Wholesale, several options for banks and the metro line within walking distance.
Our free rooms are available from May on. We're flexible with making short and long-term contracts. So if you want to have the perfect place to share a good meal with your future flatmates, please send me a DM with your contact information like mail and phone to avoid the hassle of back and forth messaging. I’m looking forward to reading your messages and getting in contact with you.
We hope to find some like-minded people out there!
In the historic district of Fulton Market, Chicago's old food processing factories stand together with artisanal pickle companies and tech newcomers in an exhilarating blend of the old and new. Trendy restaurants and galleries join in to create a rapidly changing neighborhood.
Located in the West Loop, no one entirely agrees on the neighborhood's boundaries, but the Chicago Tribune roughly defines Fulton Market as the area from West Hubbard Street to West Washington Boulevard and from North Odgen Avenue to North Halsted Street, making the neighborhood essentially a small triangle just west of I-90. The area's close proximity to the Loop and good transportation have further spurred growth, and newcomers continue to arrive, bringing a more residential flavor to this traditionally non-residential district. These fresh faces reflect the neighborhood's transforming identity, which is trending toward the younger and affluent.
