Credit, rental history, and overall application strength will be reviewed. No bankruptcies within the last 7 years. Security deposit starts at 2x the monthly rent and may increase based on factors such as credit score, rental history, and overall risk. A security deposit payment plan is available. 50% is due at the time of approval and the remaining balance is due exactly one month after move-in. A signed payment plan agreement is required. We also offer Rhino security deposit insurance for qualified applicants. Lease must be signed and deposit paid within 48 hours of approval. Approved applicants must begin their lease within 2 weeks of approval. Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis. Application fee is $55 per applicant. All applicants 18 years and older must apply and go through the application process. Application fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available property we manage. Property is not held until the deposit is paid. Once approved, the home will remain on the market until the deposit is received. If you choose to move forward and later change your mind after the deposit has been paid, 50% of the deposit will be retained for holding the home. Tenant is responsible for all utilities unless otherwise stated. Renter’s insurance is required prior to move-in. *Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee approval. Pet Policy: Maximum of 2 pets. No breed or size restrictions. Pet rent is $35 per month per pet. All pets must be disclosed during the application process. Oklahoma City is a thriving city right at the heart of Oklahoma. The city’s thriving economy is complemented by its exciting nightlife and entertainment options. Downtown is home to the Myriad Botanical Gardens and the Oklahoma City Zoo, two extremely popular family-friendly attractions. The Myriad Gardens also include the Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park production at the Water Stage.
The Oklahoma City Thunder has built a dedicated fan base, and things always get pretty wild around the Chesapeake Arena on game days. The arts community is quite active with galleries, museums, theater productions, and a music scene incorporating everything from underground alternative bands to the Oklahoma City Philharmonic.
The city has been expanding in recent years, and Oklahoma City proper is much easier to get around with public transportation than most other cities in the region, including rail service.
