Absolutely excellent location on the south side of Gardena – fast access to the 405, 110 and 91, public transportation, and even a decent walkability score to shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Though the address is on Vermont Av., the home is on the west side of the complex, near the New Hampshire side, which is a residential street that dead ends into a nature preserve - Yes, a nature preserve! - so it doesn't get all of the noise and traffic of Vermont Av. This home features a private patio, beautiful vinyl laminate flooring, and a well-lit, spacious IKEA kitchen with loads of granite counter space and tons of storage. Two large bedrooms on the top floor (one bedroom does not have a closet) share a hall bath. Primary bedroom features a cathedral ceiling, an en-suite bath and a huge walk-in closet.
