Includes a furnished living room, unfurnished bedroom, private bathroom, and storage. Also includes private entry, personal refrigerator, fully fenced yard access, and driveway parking. Details: Bedroom is 10x10 Living room is 11x11.5 Foyer is 55 square feet Storage is 24 square feet 6 month lease, with renewal opportunity every 6 months First and last month rent required at lease signing You will rent the entire basement, minus the guest bedroom which is very rarely used, and the laundry room which is shared. I never go downstairs except to do laundry, so the rental is essentially fully private. Upstairs kitchen access, all utilities, and a large fully fenced yard are included. About Me: Owning a dog is a plus! I have two (13 lbs and 50 lbs), and my larger dog would love a playmate, so I will not charge a pet fee. I am keeping the price lower because I travel for work (3-6 nights/month) and would require that you pet sit when I am gone. I am male, 34, and spend most of my time entertaining my dogs, they keep me busy! The space is available ASAP. Please contact me with any questions, and if you would like to view the house.
