Owner Pays HOA dues Tenant pays for electricity, gas, water, and trash removal Tenant must obtain and maintain HO-4 renter’s insurance during the tenancy. Proof of active insurance must be provided at move-in and upon request during the lease. The policy must cover liability for bodily injury and property damage in the amount of $300,000. Available for qualified applicants, minimum 24 month lease required. No pets please. No exceptions.
