Community: The building is quite friendly with an active Home Owners Association. There are planned events and often impromptu gatherings in the front patio or lobby area. If you email the building for a cup of sugar, you will have multiple responses within the hour! For context: I lived here for 4 years and have loved it! For family reasons, I am moving to St Paul and do not plan to move back in, so I am looking for a long term renter(s).
