Looking to find a someone to sign our lease over. The lease is up at the end of February 2017. You must qualify with building. July is paid and we will not prorate so if you move in this month you will have no rent due! No security deposit required! The apartment is in Elan1640 which is a new complex located at the top of beautiful Victoria Park. The building has a large fitness center with steam and sauna rooms. There is an office center, pool and club house. The building offers many services such as dry cleaning and package sign and storage. The unit is on the south facing overlooking Victoria Park with views of trees and the skyline of downtown Fort Lauderdale. The unit is located at the back of the building and at the end of the hallway. It is extremely quiet and private. It is a 2 bed 2 bath unit. Washer and dryer in unit. We were the first people to live in the apartment and have keep it extremely clean. We are looking to sign over our remaining lease term to qualifying tenets. The building has an on site property management company. Proof of income at 3x monthly rent is required. We are negotiable on the move in date also we would like to sell some of the furniture in the unit to the new tenet. Please contact me for details.
