Grab a fabulous breakfast at the famous Pancake Pantry, ice cream at Jeni's Splendid, yummy grub at Fido and Cabana, and go see a hip flick at the historic boutique Belcourt Theater. There are plenty of chic boutiques, bars, eateries, and coffee shops to enjoy. Quick and cheap rideshares are available to anywhere. The property is 18 minutes from BNA Airport and 8 minutes to Broadway/Honky Tonks and the Gulch. Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on the property unless pre-approved prior to your stay. Decorations with glitter or confetti and decorations on wallpaper are prohibited. This property has a zero-tolerance policy on being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come and go. Outdoor noise levels should be kept down to respect the neighbors. Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, provide a heads-up to the host. The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess, so the space should be left in good condition. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. Disturbing guests will be asked to leave.
