The deposit is due at lease signing, and rent is due at move-in. A minimum one-year lease is required. The minimum gross household income requirement, which is three times the monthly rent, is $5,250. Newer luxury vinyl tile flooring and carpet throughout—fully finished basement. Open-concept layout with combined living, dining, and kitchen areas. Stove, fridge, and dishwasher provided by the property owner. A new fridge will be provided by the property owner, delivered and installed prior to move-in. There is a separate laundry area with hookups available for a washer and dryer. Exterior patio area. The property is part of an HOA, and tenants are required to follow all HOA rules and regulations. The property owner pays for water service via the HOA. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities, trash service, and lawn care. No smoking is permitted on the property, inside or out. This unit is not Section 8 approved, and we do not accept third-party financial assistance payments. There is a $45 application fee per person age 18 or older. Two pets are allowed with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300.
