If you're bringing more than two vehicles, there is free street parking in front of the property and along the entire street (Old Mission Ave). St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Tampering with the camera may result in the reservation being canceled. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no smoking or vaping is allowed. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
