There are hookups for a washer and dryer in the first floor bathroom. There's a one car garage that will keep your car clean and dry in the Winter. The small yard is easy to keep up, so you'll have time to enjoy this great new space! Excellent location with fast access to local schools, colleges, grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, and more. Fast access to the Mass Pike, I-291, and Route 20 for an easy commute to work. Rent is $2,400 per month. Landlord covers water, sewer, and waste removal. Tenant is responsible for gas (cooking and hot water baseboard heat), electricity, internet, lawn mowing, and snow removal. In addition to the garage, there are multiple off-street parking spots. Well behaved dogs or cats are allowed with additional rent ($50 per pet).
