Thank you for reading this. I own vintage Victorian style home that has a stunning 2+ bedroom second floor apartment available for rent in mid December. The home is on a residential side street in the Linwood section of Uxbridge. The house was built circa 1880 and includes era appropriate fixtures and decor. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, crown moulding and trim are throughout the unit. The kitchen and bath are updated. Each of the two bedrooms are of ample size, and there is an additional space that could be used as an office. The unit was recently extensively insulated. Refrigerator and stove are included, as is trash and off-street parking for 2 cars. Washer/dryer hookups are provided in the basement. The apartment should be available in mid-December. Pets are not encouraged, but is not a deal-killer based on other factors. The heat and hot water is electric, with thermostats in each room. I am seeking respectful and courteous tenants who have pride in themselves and where they live.
