Located on five acres in Carmel Valley, facing South toward beautiful views of Garland Park. This home is a Spanish casita with Saltillo tile floors and beautiful painted tiles throughout the kitchen and bath. The cabinets and doors are of high quality as is the hardware. Owner will provide headboard/bed which is king size, and tenant to bring their own mattress. The living room has a small dining table, two to four chairs, two side tables, and tenant to bring their own couch or daybed for living room. In addition to monthly rent, the PGE is on a separate meter. Each month the tenant pays the amount they use to owner as reflected on the bill. A charge of $50 is added for water monthly also.
