This accommodation features 2 bedrooms, a cozy sitting area with a comfortable full-sized futon, and an additional full-sized futon in the living room, along with a pull-out couch. The larger bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed with a trundle, offering a picturesque view of the jetty. The second bedroom boasts a full-sized bed with a harbor view. Enjoy relaxing in the sitting room on the full-sized futon with a view towards OOB. Plus, catch glimpses of the ocean from the living room and even while doing dishes! Convenient amenities include parking, an outdoor shower for post-beach rinses, a gas grill, and outdoor seating for enjoying the scenery. I live about 30 minutes away, so am close enough to be available if you should need me, but far enough to provide you with privacy. The location is so special!
