As a resident you will be able to enjoy the new Lake Oswego Recreation & Aquatic Center which has a pool, a spa and plenty of fitness classes. Also, the Municipal Golf Course has been completely renovated. The apartment has a gas fireplace insert with thermostat in the living room, built-in bookcases and shelves, pantry and plenty of storage. The kitchen has a full-size gas stove with oven, full size refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven. There is heated tile floor in kitchen and in the bathroom. All utilities are included. Wi-Fi is available with your own computer. There is a smart TV with streaming services available with your own subscription. Also, there is a desk with a second monitor. Full size washer/dryer are shared with owners who live upstairs. No smoking, no pets. The property is a short drive to downtown Portland. Two blocks away we have a shopping center with restaurants and a New Seasons Market. There are walking/biking trails along the Willamette River with great views and this is only one mile away. A $500 deposit is required, $400 is refundable if there is no damage at the end of the lease period. $100 is a cleaning fee and it’s not refundable. An application is required and we will refund the application fee with the first month rent payment. We work on a month-to-month lease and payment can be made with cash, check, Venmo or credit card.
