Nestled in a prime location in the village, these two stunning chalets provide private lake access, a hot tub, a pool table, and easy access to year-round outdoor activities. With 5 spacious bedrooms spread across both chalets, this property is designed for relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable memories. These chalets feature luxury amenities including a 6-person hot tub, modern bathrooms, high-end furnishings, a full-size pool table, a kids’ playroom, multiple cozy lounges, a gas BBQ, and comfortable seating areas on the terrace. Chalet 1 (Le Gîte) has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a ceiling fan and large windows, a fully equipped kitchen with long countertops, a breakfast nook, and a dining area. Chalet 2 (La Coquette) has 2 bedrooms, 1 modern bathroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a cozy, stylish space with an open-concept kitchen and lounge area. Enjoy paddleboards, a pedal boat, and life jackets for safe and fun water activities. Enjoy private lake access with kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming. The chalets are a 2-minute walk to the municipal beach, 5 minutes to Mont-Blanc Ski Resort, and 2 minutes to Petit Train du Nord bike path. The location is close to year-round activities including hiking trails, golf courses, skiing, and fishing. Only people registered on the reservation have access to the chalet and its facilities. An automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet will be applied if you bring more than two dogs or fail to add them to the reservation. The driveway is steep in winter, use at your own risk or park at the train station. Snow removal is done within 24 hours after storms of 5 cm or more. Travelers are required to be 25 years old at the time of booking. The chalet is set-up for self-check-in through a combination lock or a lockbox. Instructions to access the property will be sent by email and/or text message in the days before your arrival. For all your questions or concerns, there is always someone available to respond quickly to all emails or messages during our office hours from 8 am to 8 pm local time (for more urgent matters, we are also easily reachable by phone).
