There is an extra fee for every additional person beyond the base price for 4 persons. Two parking spots are available, but direct car access to the chalet may be slippery and/or impossible during winter due to snow or ice on the last 20 meters. It is a very steep driveway, and you use the parking at your own risk. Free parking is available at the train station. Located just a 2-minute walk to the municipal beach, perfect for sunbathing, picnics, and water activities. Close to year-round activities including hiking trails, golf courses, skiing, and fishing. Self-check-in with secure access codes is provided 24 hours before arrival. Travelers are required to be 25 years old at the time of booking. The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times. If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $70 per person per day will apply automatically. Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible. Snow removal is done within 24 hours after storms of 5 cm or more. A laptop computer is not included.
