Entertainment is at your fingertips with a full-size pool table, kids’ playroom, and multiple cozy lounges. The outdoor area features a gas BBQ, outdoor fireplace, and comfortable seating areas on the terrace. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Make sure to add them to the reservation as there are fees associated with accepting them. An automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet will be applied if not honored. The base price offered is for 4 persons, with an extra fee for every additional person. There are 2 parking spots available, but direct car access to the chalet may be slippery and/or impossible during winter due to snow or ice on the last 20 meters. It is a very steep driveway and you use the parking at your own risk. Free parking is available at the train station. The chalet offers private lake access for peaceful mornings by the water with kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming. It's a 2-minute walk to the municipal beach, perfect for sunbathing, picnics, and water activities. Just 5 minutes away is Mont-Blanc Ski Resort, a top destination for skiing and snowboarding in the winter. The Petit Train du Nord bike path is only 2 minutes away, ideal for cycling, jogging, and scenic nature walks. Enjoy close proximity to year-round activities such as hiking trails, golf courses, skiing, and fishing. Self-check-in is available with secure access codes provided 24 hours before arrival. Travelers are required to be 25 years old at the time of booking. The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times. If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $70 per person per day will apply automatically. Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible. Snow removal is done within 24 hours after storms of 5 cm or more. If you plan on checking in outside of office hours, please be sure to have access to all necessary information. A laptop computer is not included.
