The dining area is perfect for group meals and gatherings, while the bright and cozy living room offers partial lake views, a ceiling fan, and comfortable seating. Entertainment spaces include a dedicated kids' playroom and a basement with a pool table. The chalet offers two parking spots and allows dogs, with a maximum of two per reservation. There are fees associated with bringing pets, and an automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet will be applied if not honored. The base price is for four persons, with an extra fee for every additional person. Located just 2 minutes from the municipal beach, this chalet is perfect for summer relaxation. It's also 5 minutes from Mont-Blanc Ski Resort, offering easy access to world-class skiing and snowboarding. Steps from the Petit Train du Nord bike path, it's ideal for cycling, hiking, and nature walks. Additionally, it's close to Mont-Tremblant, one of Quebec’s top outdoor destinations. The chalet has a steep driveway, so caution is advised in winter, and train station parking is recommended. Snow removal is conducted within 24 hours of storms (5cm+), with a shovel and salt provided. Travelers must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially without notice, a fee of $70 per person per day will apply automatically. Check-in outside office hours requires access to all necessary information. Breakage and damage must be reported as soon as possible. The maximum occupancy must be followed at all times.
