Entertainment spaces include a dedicated kids' playroom and a basement with a pool table. The chalet offers a 4-season, 6-person spa for ultimate relaxation, no matter the season. Private lake access includes 2 paddle boards, 1 pedal boat, and 10 life jackets for safe water activities. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation, and fees associated with accepting them. An automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet will be applied if not honored. The base price is for 4 persons, with an extra fee for every additional person. Located just 2 minutes from the municipal beach, this chalet is perfect for summer relaxation. Use caution on the steep driveway in winter; train station parking is recommended. Snow removal is conducted within 24 hours of storms (5cm+), with a shovel and salt provided. Travelers are required to be 25 years old at the time of booking. The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times. If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $70 per person per day will apply automatically. Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible. Check-in outside of office hours requires access to all necessary information.
