Parking won’t be an issue here as each condo has 2 designated off-street parking spaces next to the home! The open living space, with ample seating and a smart TV, off of the kitchen makes the perfect space to enjoy a relaxing evening. The home is perfect for entertaining with a dining table set for 4. All stainless-steel appliances and plenty of counter space for all your cooking needs. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with his and her closet space. The master bathroom is roomy with dual sinks and a walk in-shower/bath combo. The guest bedroom features a full-sized bed with en-suite. All of the beds feature high end white bedding and linens for your hotel-like stay as you call this place your home. The best part of this rental is the ROOFTOP with panoramic views of Charleston! **Please note minimum 30-night stay per city regulations. ** Pets can be negotiated with a standard $250 pet fee per pet. South of Broad Neighborhood- The lively area South of Broad is known for the 19th-century Rainbow Row, with restored, pastel townhouses that are popular for photo-taking. Italianate 1800s landmarks include the chandelier-filled Calhoun Mansion and the Nathaniel Russell House, with a “free-flying” staircase. On the peninsula's tip, mature oak trees, Civil War cannons and monuments fill White Point Garden. Antique stores dot nearby King Street. Other things to note- Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
