The suite includes two spa-inspired bathrooms with walk-in showers, hotel-quality towels, and hairdryers. For a one-time fee, guests can request a Pack 'N Play Crib for $40 and a Highchair for $40. Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, this suite is steps away from the University of Toronto, the Art Gallery of Ontario, and vibrant neighborhoods. You can easily explore Toronto’s best attractions, dining hotspots, and cultural sites on foot. The suite is close to public transportation, including trams and subway lines, making it convenient to access other parts of Toronto. There may be some construction noise from 7 AM to 3 PM. The suite is on the second floor and requires stair access. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited and may result in a fine of $150 or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late check-outs will incur a fine of $150 for each additional hour. Pets are not permitted, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine or forfeiture of your full deposit. The suite includes a dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi, making remote work and virtual meetings easy and reliable. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection MID-STAY CLEANING For stays of 30+ days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included. The partner will reach out to schedule it at a convenient time each month to maintain a fresh, welcoming space. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit and mid-stay cleaning.
