The suite is close to public transportation, including trams and subway lines, making it convenient to access other parts of Toronto. There may be some construction noise from 7 AM to 3 PM. The suite is on the second floor and requires stair access. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited and may result in a fine of $150 or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late check-outs will incur a fine of $150 for each additional hour. Pets are not permitted, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine or forfeiture of your full deposit. The suite includes a dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi, making remote work and virtual meetings easy and reliable. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection MID-STAY CLEANING For stays of 30+ days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included.
