Centrally located in the Downtown Entertainment district, this apartment offers easy access to TTC, Union Station, Lake Shore, and Gardiner Express Way. It is steps away from the CN Tower, Rogers Center, Union Metro Station, the Financial District, various bars and restaurants, Sobeys Grocery Store, and Bishop airport. The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years. Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 12 PM; late check-out may be possible upon advance request. Guests are required to provide their names, ID details, and a selfie with their ID in hand to condo management prior to arrival, and guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information are not allowed into the building. Vehicle and license plate numbers are also required if parking is needed. The property is not a hotel, and the security desk or concierge do not support guests or provide reservation-related information. This apartment has a strict no-party policy; the unit is equipped with video surveillance at the front door only and a noise detector to monitor guest numbers and noise levels. Violations may result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund if the number of guests exceeds the reservation limit. A no-smoking policy is enforced throughout the unit and building; the unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector.
