With ample parking, a manicured yard, and a quiet residential setting on the south end of the island, this home also offers convenient access to Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach and downtown Fort Myers. The home is about 26 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
