Excellent location, easy in and out of Waikiki. Bus stop just over the canal. Honolulu’s Wiki bikes just up the street. Excellent credit; $25 fee to check credit. Security deposit is $3300. Rent includes parking in garage for one car. 3-month minimum lease $3300 per month. All utilities (WiFi, HD cable, electricity, water, trash) are included in the rent, except tenant pays any electricity charges over $100 per month. Tenant pays excise tax of 4.5% per month.
