Indulge in the privacy of this 3 acre property with spectacular mountain views and even a sledding hill. This new home has the advantages of cleanliness and updated amenities but still holds all of the charm and character you would expect for your Vermont stay. With a clean country decor we prioritized both comfort and style. Enter in the gorgeous front door from the spacious private driveway or through the heated, oversized 2-car garage. The main room is open concept allowing you to cook, dine, and relax together as a group without anyone suffering from FOMO. Relax around the wood stove on chilly nights or cozy up for movie nights with our Roku smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney. Program the Zojirushi coffee maker to fully appreciate the delicious Vermont coffee as soon as you wake up. The entire home, including the garage, has radiant heat which means heated floors! We have high speed Wi-Fi: 300 Mbps that can support up to 11 devices at a time, multi-player gaming, and streaming HD on multiple devices All but the loft is on the same story so everyone in your group can access everything without having to worry about stairs or accessibility. The large primary bedroom has its own spacious bathroom and a comfy king bed. Two more bedrooms share a spacious bathroom, both with easy access. One room has a bunk bed that will easily accommodate 3 kids, while the bottom full could comfortably accommodate 2 adults. The third bedroom has a queen bed. From the entryway you will find stairs up to the very spacious loft with tons of potential for groups. This space can be used for fun and games, with a kids corner and ping pong table, or could sleep multiple more guests. For larger groups we can make up several additional beds, including a bunkbed with a queen lower bunk, in this loft space. We can't forget about the outside. This 3-acre property boasts incredible mountain views. Either step out the sliding glass doors from the living room onto the back patio to enjoy the views or enjoy our seating on the covered balcony off of the loft (or just look out just about any window). Step outside to build snowmen, make snow angels, or sled down your very own sledding hill (just make sure to build up a snow bank to stop you because there is a drop off!). Oh, it's summer you say? Walk the property, listen to the birds chirp, and watch the kiddos play on the deluxe play structure. Additional sleeping options upon request: Queen sleeper sofa in living room, 2 queen air mattresses, pack and play. Guest access You will have complete, private access to the entire property which includes the 2500 sqft house and the 3 acres of land on which it sits Other things to note It snows and does other weather here. To get to our house you will have to go up a steep hill and drive on a dirt road so come prepared. We highly recommend a 4WD vehicle and cannot assist with weather or road conditions. We have a smart lock and security camera at the front door. We are the only ones with access to the system, however, if this technology makes you uncomfortable, this may not be the place for you. This is a home in a quiet, tight-knit community. Please be courteous of neighbors, respect the property, and pay attention to house and neighborhood rules.
