The main bedroom has a large walk-in closet and luxurious bathroom. The guest bedroom is spacious and includes an extra deep closet. Each unit includes a balcony/patio and storage facility. Unmarked stalls are open for guests/overflow parking. There is a $60.00 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older. Tenants will pay a $75 monthly flat fee for W/S/T. All HomeRiver Group residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $39.95 month which includes a convenient option for renters insurance, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1M Identity Protection, move-in concierge service making utility connection and home service setup a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more! More details will be provided upon application. A refundable security deposit will be due within 24 hours of approval and is equal to one month's rent. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors. A one-time non-refundable administrative fee of $150.00 will be due at lease signing and a $350.00 non-refundable floor cleaning fee will be due at the end of the lease. Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 30 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 30 days of the expected availability date. Pet Policy: This property has a 2 pet max, pets must be under 50 lbs. Pets will be approved on a case by case basis, breed restrictions apply.
