All 3 bedrooms include plush pillows with new sheets, decorative pillows and a throw, a ceiling fan, and lamps. The den has a futon couch that also serves as a twin-size bed, a coffee table, a 55” smart TV, and a room divider for privacy. A washer and dryer are located beside the bedrooms, and laundry detergent is included. The private patio features Astroturf grass and a seating area with a small table, including a mini-putt green with 3 clubs. Easy access to the garage and some fun games are also included. There is a fee of $10 per guest after 5 guests.
