The street is flat and is ideal for walking, with well maintained homes and mature trees. There is a shopping plaza with Starbucks, grocery and great restaurants about a mile away. All appliances a new and include a full sized refrigerator, gas oven and stove as well as a microwave and Keurig coffee maker. There is a window A/C which is very effective as the house is well insulated and there is central heating. The bed is queen size with a very good quality mattress which has been bagged to assure cleanliness. Two sets of bed linens and towels, washcloths are included and there is a hi efficiency washer and dryer in the unit. There is a television in the bedroom as well as one in the living area and both are Roku enabled to stream from the internet wi-fi. The yard has a small stone patio seating area with a table and patio chairs.
