The bed is queen size with a very good quality mattress which has been bagged to assure cleanliness. Two sets of bed linens and towels, washcloths are included and there is a hi efficiency washer and dryer in the unit. There is a television in the bedroom as well as one in the living area and both are Roku enabled to stream from the internet wi-fi. The yard has a small stone patio seating area with a table and patio chairs.
