No parties or events are allowed, and smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted, with a $200 fee charged if evidence is found. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera and one video doorbell for security purposes. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed, with a maximum of 4 guests allowed, including children. No visitors are allowed. Please do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises.
