A parking spot is available for you in the Whitaker St. Garage around the corner from the condo, accessible with our parking pass for one vehicle during your stay. Early check-in is available for a fee of $45 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability. This conveniently located condo offers easy access to all of Savannah's historic district. Explore the treasures of River Street, with its scenic river views, local shops, and many dining options. Discover the captivating Plant Riverside District along the way. If you prefer to head in the other direction, City Market awaits with its vibrant restaurants, boutiques, and live music. Dining options near the condo include casual favorites like Five Guys, YATAI ramen + yakitori, and Starbucks on the building's first floor. For an elegant steakhouse experience, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is right next door. This is a quiet family neighborhood, and guests are asked to refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted, with a $200 fee charged if evidence is found. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera and one video doorbell for security purposes. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed, with a maximum of 4 guests allowed, including children. No visitors are allowed. Please do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. We provide a starter pack of essentials, and if you run out, it's your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
