Welcome to the fully-furnished Studio! A minimum stay of one month is required, and longer stays are welcomed. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping, child and animal-free home. This space is for a single guest only. This peaceful space is within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, and the weekly farmer's market in downtown Auburn. It is also an easy walk to the most beautiful hiking and biking trails in the American River Canyon. It's the perfect home base for your foothill adventures! The Studio is a cozy, beautiful space. It's open floor plan with a comfortable queen bed that awaits you for rest and restoration. The kitchen has granite countertops, real wood cabinets, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a cooktop. It is move-in ready, with linens, dishes, pots, and pans, soaps, and shampoos and cleaning supplies. It is a small space, however, there are built-in drawers in the bed and a closet for groceries and clothing. There is a shared washer/dryer on the premises that's available for your weekly use. For stays over a month, we provide a monthly cleaning, free of charge. Enjoy the outdoor space right outside your door with dining areas, patio furniture and umbrellas, lawn and gardens, hanging lights, fire pit, and fountain! For entertainment, there is a 40 inch TV controlled with a Roku remote for access to streaming services. Note: we provide access to Netflix, and you will be able to use your subscriptions to other streaming services. You will have your own parking space and entrance. The Studio is your private oasis, completely separate with its own entrance. The Canyon Retreat is upstairs and footsteps may be heard. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure everyone gets the rest that they need. Thank you for your consideration.
