Welcome to the fully furnished Hideaway! A minimum stay of one month is required, and longer stays are welcomed. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping child and animal-free home. Note: the Hideaway is for single occupancy only. Located within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, quaint shops, and a Saturday farmer's market in downtown Auburn. The Hideaway is also a few blocks from the most beautiful hiking and biking trails in the American River Canyon. It's the perfect home base for your foothill adventures. The Hideaway is a beautiful space, with a charming entrance facing a park-like backyard, surrounded by oaks, cedars, and numerous terraced seating areas. It has a comfortable queen bed that awaits you for rest and restoration as well as plenty of space to relax on the L-shaped sofa. It also has plenty of closet space. For entertainment, there is a 50 inch TV controlled with a Roku remote for access to streaming services. Note: we provide access to Netflix, and you will have access to your subscriptions to other streaming services. The kitchen is tastefully decorated with granite countertops, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and induction cooktop. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer, and an office space for you to catch up on work, The unit is move-in ready, with linens, dishes, pots and pans, soaps and shampoos, and cleaning supplies. For stays over a month, we provide a monthly cleaning, free of charge. The backyard is a beautiful outdoor area with gardens, hanging lights, fire pit, space heater and fountain! You will have your own parking space and entrance. The Hideaway is your private oasis, completely separate with its own entrance. The Canyon Retreat is upstairs and footsteps may be heard. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am to ensure everyone gets the rest that they need. Thank you for your consideration.
