Room is upstairs. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 person (female).huge backyard with pool. Park right across the street. There is a sweet German shepherd roaming the halls, so sorry no more pets allowed. Washer and dryer on site...all utilities are included in the rent. There are only 2 other people living here so very peaceful. We are very respectful of individuals privacy. We both work full time. About 14 minutes away from SSU. Last tenant was a student. So students welcomed.
