About This Home
The house has a rustic feel with beautiful large windows. It is on 12 acres tucked away in the woods so it feels quiet and private. It is 4 miles from the Hunger Mountain trailhead and about 10-15 minutes from Montpelier, 20 minutes to Waterbury and 40 minutes to Burlington. During the winter months a 4WD vehicle can be necessary to get up the driveway and is nice to have on the dirt roads. The house has two bedrooms, one of them is mine :) The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared spaces. Rental price includes all utilities.
164 Molly Supple Hill Rd is a house located in Washington County and the 05602 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Montpelier Roxbury Unified Union attendance zone.
