The area around Fernie, including Silver Rock, is known for its stunning natural beauty. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 8 am, and any complaints to the strata result in a $200 minimum fine. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards. Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed. Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules.
