The fully equipped kitchen features brand-new appliances, crisp white cabinetry, and clean white countertops. Enjoy casual meals or morning coffee at the kitchen island with seating, stocked with essentials like salt, pepper, oil, and locally roasted coffee beans. A small dining table for two offers a cozy spot for meals. The open-concept living area includes a gas fireplace, a comfortable seating area, and a TV with cable—ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. Step outside to the private balcony with a natural-gas BBQ, ready year-round. The bedroom features a king-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, a ceiling fan, generous closet space, and a large window that fills the room with natural light. The full bathroom offers a tub/shower combination, fluffy towels, locally made soaps, and a hair dryer for added convenience. A stackable in-suite washer and dryer makes longer stays easy and stress-free. Enjoy resort-style amenities including a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and heated underground parking. Please bring your own padlock for the ski locker, or rent one if needed. An optional guest damage protection policy covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. Silver Rock is a condominium complex located in the picturesque mountain town of Fernie, British Columbia. It is known for being a popular accommodation option for visitors to Fernie, a town renowned for its outdoor recreational opportunities, especially in winter. Silver Rock is just a short drive from the town of Fernie, where visitors can explore a variety of dining options, shops, art galleries, and cultural attractions. Beyond winter sports, Fernie offers a wide range of outdoor activities throughout the year, including hiking, mountain biking, fly-fishing, golfing and exploring the surrounding wilderness. The area around Fernie, including Silver Rock, is known for its stunning natural beauty. The Elk River, the surrounding mountains, and nearby provincial parks offer numerous opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 8 am, and any complaints to the strata result in a $200 minimum fine. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards. No pets are allowed. No parties are allowed. No sports equipment is allowed inside the unit. Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed. Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules. Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies in either. A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require steam cleaning, including communal areas. No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes is allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines. There will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty. A fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. The hot tub area is currently undergoing hefty renovations, and construction crews will be on-site Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and guests may experience construction noise during these hours. The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances. Dark laundry sets are available to help prevent staining. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee. [SI]
