The second floor does have 3 bd, 1 ba, full kitchen and washer and dryer. Close to Knightsville elementary and down the street from Dubois Middle and Summerville High School. Walking distance to Walmart and Publix Shopping Plaza. The house is currently occupied (as seen in the pics) house will be cleaned, carpets cleaned, and spot painted prior to move in. Free WiFi. Utilities (electric, trash and water) paid by tenant but will stay in landlords name. Two parking spaces. No smoking and no vaping inside the house. Small animals allowed with a $25 per pet (2 pet max) monthly fee. Background and credit check required. Deposit and first month rent required.
