Single-level, South facing, lots of bright natural light in this large condo with high ceilings. Private mailbox and individually gated front patio. The unit was partially remodeled a couple years ago with fresh paint, new carpet and some new plumbing in the 2nd bathroom. Feels like a detached house! Community Pool and gym membership are NOT INCLUDED with this rental unit. Unfortunately the HOA rules have changed and the owner and tenant" cannot share membership, thus owner will retain his/her pool & gym membership. Only one dog allowed per HOA rules."
