Property Ratings at 1633 On The Park
This place is a complete joke. Property management is useless and maintenance is even worse—neither knows what the other is doing. Don’t expect any follow-up or accountability. There’s zero storage, and they clearly don’t care about residents—just stuffing units with new tenants. You're nothing but rent money to them. Stay far away.
The property is a modern unit with great views and a quiet neighborhood.
I have lived here for 4 years now and I love the atmosphere. My sister is moving into the community in a few weeks and I reached out to management to help her and they helped her in no time. The manager Austin was a big help with me getting my parking spot problem situated. They also started doing holiday things around here for us residents and I think its real nice for families to have here.
