The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 19' X 13' great room, kitchen, laundry room / pantry, large entry closet, and a private balcony. All tenants also have access to the third floor 900 sq. ft. deck with views of Sanford Hall and Jordan Hare Stadium.
