About This Property
Looking for someone to fill a room for the Spring 2021 semester! The 4 bedroom and 3 bath is about a 5 minute drive to the WSU Spokane Campus and a 5 minute walk to Gonzaga’s Campus. The 3 other people who live here are the raddest ladies I know and are clean and respectful, so we would preferably be looking for another girl to fill the room. We have a handyman and he is very responsive to anything the house needs. Water and garbage are included in the rent and utilities+internet are typically modest. Working washer, dryer, and dishwasher included.
1625 N Lidgerwood St is a townhome located in Spokane County and the 99207 ZIP Code.

The historic Logan neighborhood of Spokane features 100-year-old homes that reflect the area's status as one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. With reasonably-priced apartment buildings, Logan provides a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by old-growth trees and wide streets. The Centennial Trail, running along the Spokane River, forms the southern border of the neighborhood, and it provides residents with a beautiful place to jog or walk.
Despite Logan's suburban vibe, the neighborhood sits in the heart of the city, providing easy commutes to work, shopping, and entertainment. The Hamilton Street Business District serves as the hub of Logan, attracting residents to coffee houses, bars, and restaurants.
