*Flexible lease dates* Hello, My name is Bill Slattery. I have a 2320 sq ft, 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house on the east side of Iowa city located at 1621 Dover St. I’m Looking 3 roommates. Possibly 4 if I found the right group of people. A little bit about me. I graduated from Iowa State, yes ISU please don’t give up on me yet, in 2015 and am now working for Syngenta. I’m not so much a partier, but every now and then I do enjoy going out to a bar with friends or having a cold one after a work week. What am I looking for in roommates? I’m looking for some people around my own situation; Young working professionals or graduate students. Laid back and easy going personality. Trustworthy. Timely with payments. Clean. Not surgical room clean, but I don’t want my house to become trashed. Now for a little information about my house. 5 beds. 2.5 baths. All bedrooms and on the top floor with the master bath, the other bathroom, and a common livingroom like area. On the main floor, there is a half bathroom right off the pool table room. Yes, I have a pool table. Big kitchen that opens into a spacious livingroom with a fire place. Both the kitchen and living room are furnished. Two stall garage for parking with more on street parking. Fenced yard with a privacy fence. Rent. $500 per person. Utilities. All Utilities will be split evenly between everyone that lives in the house. Heat, Water, Electric, Trash removal, Internet. I would before getting cable TV, but that would a conversation with future roommates before that would happen.

City - Iowa City
Iowa City is a rapidly-growing community on the banks of the Iowa River. The student body at the University of Iowa comprises a huge portion of the local population, and Hawkeye spirit runs deep both on and off campus – expect to see black and gold everywhere, especially on game days. Iowa City’s historic downtown is right across the river from the university, and hosts a wide assortment of storefront shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and performance venues.
History buffs will also appreciate the beautifully preserved architecture and the museums in and around the Old Capitol building. As you get farther from the river, the landscape adopts a more suburban feel, with charming single-family homes and a quieter environment than you’d find closer to campus. The nearby Coralville Mall is one of the biggest in the region, attracting shoppers from around the state.
