The unit is freshly painted and the hardwood floors have been redone throughout. The kitchen has new retro checked linoleum flooring and a new quartz counter top. There is a ton of storage in the unit with the shown french door closet in the Living Room, a huge walk in closet in the hall and another large closet in the bedroom with built in dresser. It comes with vintage gas stove and a fridge along with the important one car garage with remote. This is a six unit building with a shared yard, which has a keyless entry locked gate and a Laundromat next door for convenience. There is also a bus bench 2 doors down for easy access to all the lines the city has to offer. There are no pets allowed and no smoking.
