The tenant(s) will have their own laundry room. The tenant(s) will also have use of the backyard, and the shed which may be used as a 1 car garage or additional storage. Tenants will be expected to keep the backyard nice by weeding and mowing... or we can discuss raising the rent to pay for professional landscaping. Any potential tenants will be required to fill out a rental application and do a background check.
