About This Property

OPEN HOUSE SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 28 3PM - 5PM and SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 29 2PM - 4PM. You must come to an Open House to view the unit. We do not do individual showings. Front first floor 2 bedroom 1 bath unit with washer/dryer inside. 1 off-street parking space will be provided. Water/trash included. Granite countertop in the kitchen. Sliding door in the main bedroom leads to your own cozy deck. Small outside shed for storage. Absolutely no smoking of ANY kind. Initial lease will be 6 months. Renter's insurance will be required. Our rental criteria: gross income of 3x rent, credit score of 700+ with nothing negative on anyone's report, all occupants 18 and older must fill out an application in full (we are paper-based for applications). Once all documents are reviewed and pass our criteria, there will then be a $49.95 credit check fee that each applicant will pay directly to the website we use. Note: as a small lessor, we are not bound by the security deposit only being one month's rent.
