Modern conveniences are throughout the house with large televisions, mini split (for climate control in every room) dining area and large kitchen. The couch in the living room makes a bed. There are many sitting areas/ work stations through out the house that provide quiet areas to relax or work from home. The dining room is open to the kitchen and divided by a an island where there is room for 10 people to eat and gather. Outside you will find a garden area with a picnic table, plenty of parking and a an electric car charging station. Pets are allowed with an additional fee.
