About This Property

Welcome to our newly renovated 2-bedroom 1- bathroom house located in the charming town of Portales, NM! This cozy home features a spacious eat-in kitchen with modern appliances including a stove, fridge, and over-range microwave (to save on that counterspace). The house boasts baseboard heat, window AC units, and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable year-round. Enjoy the convenience of carpet and vinyl flooring through out the whole house. For your convenience there are washer and dryer hookups, and ample storage space with spacious closets and cabinets. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo for your convenience. Park your car in the one-car garage or off-street parking, and relax on the covered front patio or in the fenced backyard. The home is a 6 month to one year lease, pets are allowed upon approval and with a $25 monthly pet fee per pet, and tenants are responsible for electric and water utilities.
