About This Property

Looking for a female or female identifying person or persons interested in sharing a spacious 3-bedroom apartment, utilities included, with a Housemate. You can choose to rent out one room for $600 or you can have access to two bedrooms for $1,100 (one could be used as a study room). Washer and Dryer are included in the unit. The current tenant is in her late 30's and is a graduate student studying Ceramics at Tulane University. She is almost always at school during the week and/or weekends. She is studious, respectful, and very dedicated to her artistic endeavors. This townhouse is close to French Quarter and City Park area and is walking distance to the St. Roch Market and New Orleans Food Co-op Grocery Store.
