A Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and essentials are also available. Other amenities include central AC and heating, a washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and two 65” smart TVs with Netflix. Complimentary coffee, tea, paper towels, Keurig pods, tea, and Brita are provided. Double car garage, driveway parking, and street parking are available. This home is conveniently located 5 minutes from Sobeys Heritage Valley (grocery shopping) and Shoppers Drug Mart (pharmacy), 7 minutes from Currents of Windermere (shopping & dining), 10 minutes from South Edmonton Common (major retail stores), 17 minutes from Fort Edmonton Park (historical park), 19 minutes from the University of Alberta, Edmonton International Airport, and Grey Nuns Community Hospital, 20 minutes from the University of Alberta Hospital and West Edmonton Mall (shopping, dining & entertainment), 25 minutes from Muttart Conservatory (botanical garden) and TELUS World of Science – Edmonton, and 28 minutes from Downtown Edmonton.
