As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's excellent amenities. Relax and unwind in the beautiful community pool for a cost of USD 10 per day for 2 adults. Stay active in the building's fully equipped gym and enjoy the game room with a pool table and an outdoor grilling area. On-site parking is available for one vehicle at USD 20 per night. This service is non-refundable and only one space is offered per reservation. If you require additional parking, please look for options nearby. A short, easy Metro ride takes you to The National Mall, all the Smithsonian Museums, and the iconic monuments. For your convenience, a large and well-stocked Whole Foods Market with a hot food bar and cafe is located nearby. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability with a fee of $50. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. The pool is open from 11 AM to 8 PM daily. Wristbands, available for a daily fee of $10, are required for entry. Lost wristbands will incur a $100 replacement fee. Bath towels and washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. The apartment includes a business center, a dedicated work-friendly space with all the essentials for productivity. A laptop computer is not included.
