Queen bed sleeps 2, sofa sleeper folds out into a queen bed and can sleep 2, fold away mattress and top bunk in the bunk bed can sleep 1 each comfortably. We are renting out for a minimum of 6 months but can do longer. The bathroom is newly remodeled. The decor was custom designed from a European Designer that handpicked everything from the marble walls to the mosaic tills and everything in-between. We also have an outdoor shower for your use. In addition to the fully stocked kitchen We have a fridge / freezer for your private use. Also a microwave, coffee maker, steam Espresso Maker (Makes espressos, cappuccinos & lattes) and more! The 40" HDTV is there for your needs when you are coming home from a long day at the beach with all the popular channels. WiFi, electricity, water, etc. is included. You would only pay for the rent and security deposit.
