Excellent!!!
After living here for more than a year I was surprised to find the previous review. The building and our unit were well maintained. The property manager is responsive and takes care of every issue promptly. He never entered our unit without proper notice (more than 24 hours) and was always polite and helpful. I personally never saw any mouse in my unit or the building. It is in a great location and if needed I would have rent there again.

Horrible, Perpetually Mice Infested
At first glance, this apartment complex seems ideal for students or small families or because of its prime location near campus or work. However, close proximity to various locations is about the only perk this apartment has to offer. The landlord lies about getting the apartments cleaned between tenants, and claims he does not "sanitize" the place (proof is in the apartment- you'll find belongings from the tenant before you). He'll try to give you a deal on signing a multi-year lease because he is aware of the pest issue. The many baits and traps in every room make this place unsafe for kids and pets. The neighbors are loud, the kids walking home from school are loud, the students walking the streets at night are loud, and the thermostat is broken, so you get to hear all of that plus sirens driving by your open windows. I hope you don't like to cook, because the pilot light on your outdated range will go out every time you use it, and mice will run up the back of your oven and all over your counter tops (and anything else they can get into, such as any furniture you bought, the walls, and your bed.) and the exterminator that comes cannot legally seal the large chunk of wall in your kitchen that was never sealed with drywall because he's not a contractor, leaving an enormous gaping hole between the basement and your apartment. He'll leave traps on the counter tops where you make your food and regularly find mouse droppings. I hope you also don't like having a trash can in your apartment, because mice will find a way to climb it and rip open every bag of trash you have, dragging the contents all over the hallway. Learn your rights as a tenant so you don't have mice defecating in your classwork and a landlord who enters your apartment without the proper legal notice and tries to blame you for the issues of an apartment that is mismanaged, overpriced, and a danger to the health of tenants. Look at other neighborhoods. Hopefully, the remaining tenants take legal action and force the landlord into better managing and maintaining this place, because it has some potential.
